This is a separate building with its own public garden. The establishment has a cheese room with 50 kinds of cheese (all you can taste), enoteca in the basement, a wood-burning pizza oven. On the menu are pastas, bruschetta, pizzas, salads, appetizers to the wine, hot dishes, homemade pastries and ice cream. There is a mozzarella bar with options of tasting for two. On offer are also tuna tartare and salmon, marinated mozzarella with olives, cacio pepe spaghetti with pecorino romano cheese sauce, lasagna, “Bolognese” pizza with prosciutto, arugula and cherry tomatoes, lemon sorbet and rum baba.
The interior of the establishment is in a classic style, and the furniture is in chocolate colors. In Vino e Cucina there is a “safe” service when the guest’s uncorked bottle of wine can be kept here until his next visit.
